Imagine onboarding a new customer and helping them change how they hire - not based on a CV or gut feeling, but on potential, skills, and fairness. That’s what you’ll do at Openrecruit.

Your week might look like 

  • Monday: You run a kick-off session with a new customer and align on their hiring goals. 
  • Tuesday: You map out a custom workflow and check in with our Product team about a feature request. 
  • Wednesday: You lead a check-in session with a growing customer and share their success story. 
  • Thursday: You support a recruiter with a new job opening and send them a guide on unbiased screening. 
  • Friday: You spot a customer who’s going quiet - you reach out, fix an issue, and get them re-engaged. 

You’re the bridge between our product and our people. You make things easy, useful, and impactful.

You are… 

  • A natural relationship-builder with great structure 
  • Experienced in CS, project coordination, or HR 
  • Someone who listens first, then acts 
  • Not afraid of data, details, or doing things for the first time
