  • Handling incoming inquiries from users and customers
  • Solving issues quickly and professionally
  • Ensuring every customer experiences friendly and efficient service
  • Documenting feedback and sharing insights with our Customer Success and Product teams
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our support processes

  • Communicate clearly, both in writing and verbally
